The House

With construction completed during the Summer of 2020, be one of the first to enjoy the open design and simple elegance of the Dolphin House.

The house has 3 bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. Each bedroom opens up onto the upstairs livable lanai. Downstairs it features an office with a bonus single bed.

The downstairs has the kitchen, dining room, and living room all comfortably together in an open floor plan. The spacious lanai downstairs connects to the kitchen for convenient al fresco dining.

The chef’s kitchen is thoughtfully designed and fully equipped to whip up any meal.

Enjoy views of the ocean from every room of the house as well as from the covered lanais upstairs and downstairs.

The tall ceilings and glass railings add to the boundlessness of the views.
